Our team

He started his professional career in 1988 at the Porec and Rovinj Health Center.

In 1991 he opened his own private practice in Rijeka. In 1995 he became a cofounder of Medico Polyclinic in Rijeka - one of the biggest private polyclinics in Croatia at the time.

Since 2004 he has been a cofounder, majority shareholder and manager of oral surgery, orthodontic and orthopan radiology Polyclinic and dental laboratory RIDENT. Dr. Miljanić is also a carrier of a dental practice, that is a contracting entity of the Croatian Health Insurance Fund - CHIF.

Doctor Miljanić is an active member of the Croatian Dental Chamber (CDC), as well as the President of the Private Practice Board of the CDC.

Dr. Miljanić is characterized, in both dental profession and in the administration of Rident Polyclinic, by a thorough knowledge of the profession, a visionary dimension and an infinite energy that push him one step ahead of others.

She graduated in dental medicine at the Faculty of Medicine in Rijeka. On various occasions she visits Italy in order to perfect her language skills.

Since 1999 she has been working at Dr. Miljanić private practice. She has been working at the Rident Polyclinic since the very beginning and is one of the cofounders and co-owners of the Polyclinic.

Many years of experience make her excel in the field of complex dental implants and she shows particular interest and is continuously perfecting her skills in the field of dental aesthetics, by participating in various famous European conferences such as Competence in Estetics in Vienna, Full immersion in prosthodontics - 3 series master program in fixed prosthodontics - “The esthetic and functional rehabilitation” with doctor Mauro Fradeani.

She enthusiastically passes on her experience and her expertise to younger doctors and interns.

She is favourite among patients.

Nataša Rubeša is a co-owner of Rident Plyclinic.

She graduated from Faculty of Economics at the Univeristy of Rijeka in 1995.

In 1996 she started her internship at the Medico Polyclinic in Rijeka and in the shortest possible period of time became a financial manager.

She is also a co-owner and since 2011 the vice manager of Rident Polyclinic.

She is constantly perfecting her business skills by participating in seminars and courses and by keeping up to date with professional publications.

The ambitious financial manager of Rident Polyclinic is the one responsible for the company’s business success.

A success so great, that in 2012 we were granted the title of Croatia’s healthiest company.

Financial business is only a part of her work – it would be difficult to list all of her other duties and obligations.

It is much easier to simply sum up: overall business coordination outside of the dental offices.

In 2005 he enrolled a Dentistry study university course in Rijeka and in 2010 he received the academic title Doctor of Dental Medicine.

In 2012 he started working at Rident Polyclinic, where his work has been focused mainly on dental prosthetics, implant prosthetics and aesthetic dentistry.

He continues his education in all fields of dental medicine both in the country and abroad, dedicating special attention to prosthetics, endodontics and aesthetic dentistry.

He successfully attended a course in prosthetic patient rehabilitation „Full Immersion in Prosthodontics“ held by dr. Andrea Ricci – Florence, Italy.

He is a member of Croatian Dental Chamber.

She attends the study of dentistry at the Medical University of Rijeka, where she graduated at the end of February 2001 with the title of doctor of dental medicine.

Does the internship at the Health Centre in Pore_, taking employement in the Dental Policlinic Miljani_ after which.

She is employed in Dental Clinic Rident since the very beginning, acquiring great experience in all areas of dentistry meanwhile.

Doctor Miletić is an outstanding mentor to her young colleagues as well as a highly appraised lecturer at Rident Polyclinic regularly held education courses.

In 1998 she graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in Rijeka - study course in Dentistry.

In 2001 she started working at dr. Željko Miljanić private dental practice and since 2004 she has been working at Rident Polyclinic, where she has acquired a great amount of clinical experience in working with patients.

During her career she has been perfecting her skills in the fields of conservative, aesthetic and prosthetic dentistry and implantology, attending courses in Croatia and abroad.

Her work is focused mainly on aesthetic, prosthetic and implant therapy.

For generations now, Doctor Pašić-Carrera has been mentoring younger colleagues, who owe a lot of their knowledge to her.

In the constant search for quality personnel that is not afraid of business challenges, we enriched our team with another young but already successful dental specialist.

Dr. Oguić completed his studies of dental medicine at the Medical School of the University of Rijeka in September 2014. He is awarded three times for the best student of dental medicine in his generation, and for the academic year of 2009 / 2010, 2010 / 2011 and 2013 / 2014. Also, in 2014 wins Rector's Award of the University of Rijeka for the best student in all courses at the School of Medicine in Rijeka. During his studies, he was a member of the organizing committee of the 1st Congress of students of dental medicine with international participation, that was held in Rijeka in 2013. On the same Congress has actively participated with the presentation - "The flow of saliva and salivary pH at patients with type 2 diabetes." From 2009 - 2014 he receives a scholarship of the City of Rijeka for gifted students.

Upon completion of the internship, wishing to go further with studies, he applied to the European Union scholarship. Upon receiving a scholarship, he spent two months in Italy with one of the most famous world's periodontists, Dr. Gianni Ricci and with prosthodontist Andrea Ricci (Studio Odontoiatrico Ricci, Florence, Italy), where he is attending and assisting in the execution of complex implant - prosthetic rehabilitation and introduces the concept of Digital Smile Design.

After having finished the dental technician high school, he enrolled in the Faculty of Medicine in Rijeka- course of study in Dentistry.

After graduation, he was working as a volunteer at the oral surgery department.

He afterward continues his s education and professional training by attending various courses: practical implantology course Osstem implant, Straumann implant surgery, Bego implantology course in Bremen and Hamburg.

Since 2013 He has been working at Rident Polyclinic, at the oral surgery department.

She has completed the study of dental medicine at the Medical School in Split during 2015.

Upon completion of education takes the internship in Dental Clinics Rident, where she gets employment later on.

One of the professional ambitions for the future career is specialization in the area of oral surgery. For this reason continually improves her knowledge by following scientific literature in the area of oral surgery, as well as attending advanced training programs in implantology, such as DentalXp Implant Externship Program.

She underlines the importance of minimally invasive techniques.

Dr. Pohl gains energy and motivation from her satisfied patients, as well as from a small number of hard working and dedicated young colleagues that she mentors.

She enrolls a dentistry study course at the Faculty of Medicine in Rijeka. After having finished her studies, she completes her internship at the Faculty, within the Rijeka Clinical Hospital Center.

She passed her qualification exam in 2010 and right afterwards started working at Rident Polyclinic. In 2011 she moved to Zagreb, to do her residency in dental prosthetics at the Faculty of Dentistry. Simultaneously she applied for a postgraduate fellowship in Zagreb.

He completed his dental studies at the Faculty of Medicine in Rijeka in 1998. He has been working at the Faculty of Medicine from 2000 until 2013, as an assistant at the Department of Clinical Pedodontics and Orthodontics. He participates in teaching dental studies and publishes scientific papers in domestic and foreign professional journals, he also lectures the continuing education courses.

In 2005 dr. Katalinić completed his postgraduate study in Biomedicine at the School of Dental Medicine in Zagreb and obtained a Master of Science degree. He completed his specialization in orthodontics in 2009 in Zagreb and became a specialist in orthodontics.

In 2013 he opened a private specialist practice in Matulji.

In 2014 in London he was certified for OrthoCaps Therapy with transparent masks. He is constantly updating his knowledge in the field of orthodontics at various courses in Croatia and abroad, and his narrower specialties are adult orthodontic and prosthetic orthodontics. He has completed over 500+ orthodontic therapies.

In March of 2019, he has joined the Rident Polyclinic team as an external associate for the field of orthodontics.

After finishing the Classical High School, she enrolled in the Integrated Undergraduate and Graduate Studies in Dental Medicine in Split, where she was also an active student representative in the Faculty Council for 3 years.

She continues her studies at the Faculty of Dentistry in Sarajevo, and in 2015 she obtained the title of Doctor of Dental Medicine. After completing the internship at the University of Sarajevo, after obtaining a license for independent work, she worked in polyvalent clinics and in the areas of dental tourism. In 2020 she will successfully completed the recognition of her diploma at the University of Bern (Switzerland) and in the Republic of Croatia.

She attends international congresses in the field of oral surgery and orthodontics.

After completing secondary education acquires a degree of the dental technician.

He attended the study of dental medicine at the Medical School, the University of Rijeka, where he graduated in 1997 and earned D.M.D. title. After graduating does the internship at the Health Center Rijeka.

In 1997 is employed as an associate teacher in the subject of Dental Pathology at the Department of Dental Pathology and Prosthetic Dentistry at the School of Medicine, University of Rijeka.

In the same year is employed as a professor of dental groups of courses in the Medical School in Rijeka.

Longing for professional promotion and expanding of knowledge in dental medicine, during 1997 obtains additional pedagogical and psychological education at the University of Rijeka, becoming a professor of medical courses.

2014 gained promotion to the title Professor / Mentor.

For many years, shares its knowledge, skills, and competencies to younger generations.

He is a member of many committees dealing with the development of competencies and upgrading of knowledge and skills in dental medicine.

In September 2019, he becomes a member of the Rident Polyclinics team. His area of interest is dental prosthetics and he will take his professional path in that direction.

Dr. Lovrić is fluent in English and is working to further improve his basic knowledge of Italian.

After graduating from secondary medical school in 2011, she enrolled in physiotherapy studies in Split. After completing her studies, she entered the Faculty of Dentistry in Sarajevo. She received the title of doctor of dentistry in 2021.

During her studies, she volunteered in a private dental office in Split. As part of the "Antibiotic resistance" program, she volunteered in kindergartens as an educator on how bacteria are transmitted and how to properly brush teeth.

During her studies, she acquired additional professional knowledge at dental congresses in Zagreb and Sarajevo.

In 2022, she completed her education on chronic wounds in Zagreb, and become an expert consultant for chronic wounds and burns. She got employed in the pharmaceutical industry as a sales representative for medicines.

She became a member of the Rident team in June 2023.

She shows the most interest in dental prosthetics and periodontology.

She speaks English fluently, and she continues to improve her knowledge of Italian.

After completing secondary education, she enrolled at the University of Medicine in Rijeka, Faculty of dental medicine, where she graduated and gained a title in dental medicine in 2013.

After finishing her post graduate internship, she began to work at private dental office.

After graduating from high school in 2015, he enrolled at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Rijeka in the study of dental medicine, where he graduated in 2021. He is the winner of two Dean's awards for the best student in his generation in the academic year 2015/16 and 2016/17, while upon completion of his studies in 2021 he also won the Rector's Award for Excellence.

During his studies, he actively participated in the student association in which, among other things, he co-organized the European Visiting Program. He wrote in the student magazine Fissura and in 2019 he won the student competition for the best case 3M Dentist of the Future and went to Seefeld where he took a course of the same name. Also, in 2019, he completed the course New trends in modern Aesthetic & Restorative Dentistry (ICDE Ivoclar Vivadent - Schaan, Liechtenstein).

He became a member of the Rident team in March 2021.

She finished high school in Osijek in 2013, after which she enrolled at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Rijeka, where in 2019 she acquired the title of doctor of dental medicine. During her studies, she participated in numerous projects for the Oral health days and Oral hygiene workshops.

After her studies, she started working at a private dental practice in Rijeka and improved her skills by attending courses and congresses (injection technique-composite shells, Solaris 2020, Kvarner Days 2021). She acquired knowledge and skills in implanto-prosthetics and showed interest in advancing in the field of oral surgery.

She became member of Rident in June 2021.

She speaks English and Italian.

Dr. Jurković graduated in dental medicine in Rijeka in 2014. After completing the internship, he received his first job at a private dental office in Rijeka and became an assistant the Department of Endodontics and Restorative Dental Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Rijeka, while in 2016 he also became an assistant at the Department of Oral Surgery at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Rijeka.

During her studies, she volunteered at the Clinics for Oral Surgery and Maxillofacial Surgery of the Clinical Hospital Center of Rijeka. She did her professional practice at the Oral surgery department of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County Health Center. After graduating, she enrolled in a postgraduate doctoral school in the field of biomedicine and was employed at the Medical Faculty of the University of Rijeka.

She specializes in clinical and scientific direction by attending courses and congresses. She is a co-author of several professional papers.

She is a member of the Croatian Chamber of Dental Medicine (HKDM).

In April 2022 she became a member of the Rident team department of oral surgey.

Dr. Pavić graduated in dental medicine in Rijeka in 2014. She copleted her internship at a private dental office Ivić-Rakun, where she continued to work as a full-time dentist.

She has many years of experience working as a surgical nurse in the OR.

From 1995 until 2008 she was working at the „MEDICO“ private polyclinic, in the cardiology department OR. Since 2008 she has been working at Rident Polyclinic as head nurse.

Not only does she have a fantastic capacity of balancing between phone calls, e-mail correspondence and excel tables, but she is able to find even the most hidden of the veins.

She likes spending her free time in nature.

In the 1997 she began with her working experience in one private dental studio.

Communicative and kind, she accepts and resolves all the daily challenges.

She became a part of Rident team in 2015.

She graduated from medical high school in Rijeka in 2008, and completed her professional training at the Clinical Hospital Center Rijeka.

She completed her training as a dental assistant in 2017. She joined the Rident team in 2014, and in 2020 she became the head nurse at the Department of Oral Surgery in Rijeka.

In addition to working as a dental assistant and head nurse, she is also involved in dental photography.

He actively speaks Italian and English.

She graduated from the medical high school in Pula in 2015, and completed her professional training at the Special Hospital for Orthopedics and Rehabilitation "Martin Horvat" in Rovinj.
She joined the Rident team at the Poreč branch in 2019, and in 2022 she became the Head Nurse at the Oral Surgery Department.
She actively speaks Italian and English.

She finished high school for economics in Rijeka. She graduated in radiological technology at the Medical Faculty of the University of Rijeka in 2014. She performed professional training at the Clinic for Orthopedics Lovran and at the Clinical Hospital Center Rijeka.

She became a member of the Rident team in 2016 and four years later became head of the radiology department.

She actively uses the English and Italian languages and in addition to improving her language skills, she is also focused on engaging in the IT sector of the radiology department.

She graduated in radiological technology at the University of Health in Zagreb in 2012. She completed her professional training at the "Dr. Ivo Pedišić" General Hospital in Sisak.

She became a member of the Rident team in April 2018.

After 10 years of professional education in Germany and after having passed the abilitation exam, he returned to Croatia and started working at Rident Polyclinic.

Duško Ivančić is the manager of the dental lab.

Through continuous professional education he keeps pace with the latest technological achievements in the field of dental technologies such as CAD/CAM and selective laser melting technology.

During frequent internal education courses at our polyclinic, Duško Ivančić is a regular lecturer who unselfishly and in a very clear manner passes on his rich knowledge and experience.

He has an active knowledge of German and English.

In his free time he does sailing and scuba diving.

The fact that in 2011 he held a lecture on „All on four“ systems in front of several hundreds of dentists and dental technicians at the Implantology conference in Zagreb, says a lot about his expertise.

Hobbies: various sports, especially tennis, football, skiing...

He speaks perfect German and perfect English.

In 2000 he enrolled in the Medical school, study course in dental technology.

In 2006 he started working at Rident Polycinic and has been since building his knowledge under the mentorship of masters in dental technology.

Over the years he has been participating in various lectures and practical courses in dental technology and has been perfecting his skills and knowledge in the field of implant and combined solutions as well as in aesthetic gum individualization.

Main goal in dental technology:To grant a smile to the people with his small works of art.

Dorotea Bralić has obtained her degree as a Master in communications within the Florida State University. She has joined the Rident team as a head of corporate communications and quality.

With her rich experience in the field of integrated communications, and specific experience in marketing and sales of health services, we have strengthened our team and improved these segments of our business.

As a quality coordinator, she is responsible for the integration of all the protocols and the preparation of documentation and personnel for the certification and accreditation processes.

After a number of years of working in tourism branch in Italy, she has acquired an excellent knowledge of Italian language and a great capacity in communication and working with people.

She became a part of Rident Polyclinic team in 2008 and after a year, due to her unlimited energy, organization skills, dedication, and taking her job seriously, she became the head receptionist.

Apart from the usual administration business, she is also in charge of the Rident Polyclinic’s promotion and prominence, establishing quality relations with both collaborators and colleagues.

After graduating from high school at the First Croatian Gymnasium in Rijeka in 2010, he was employed at the Rident Polyclinics and gained his first work experience in marketing and administration.
He does not neglect further education, but attends the Faculty of Economics in Rijeka, majoring in international business. In 2015, he obtained a bachelor's degree, and in 2018 he became a master of economics. In order to apply and improve his knowledge in the field of health economics, he enrolled in economic doctoral studies and in 2021 he obtained the title of PhD in Economics by defending his doctoral dissertation "Human Resources Management in Private and Public Health Institutions".
He is currently working as a sales manager at the Polyclinic in Poreč. In addition to excellent English, he also speaks well Italian.
