A perfect smile through digital planning and high-end prosthetics
This case was carried out according to the principles of modern prosthetic therapy, using computer-guided planning that allowed us to precisely define each phase of treatment – from the initial diagnostics to the final aesthetic result. Thanks to a digital approach, we were able to predefine the ideal shape, size, and position of the crowns, fully tailored to the patient's aesthetic and functional needs.

The patient came to us due to the loss of the supporting zone in the bite and with the desire for a new, natural-looking smile.
After a thorough examination and clinical analysis, we recommended the placement of dental implants in the posterior regions of the jaw to restore bite stability.
Following implant placement, we proceeded with a complete prosthetic rehabilitation of the upper jaw. Highly aesthetic ceramic crowns made of IPS Empress were fabricated – a material known for its translucency, strength, and natural appearance.
The Digital Smile Design approach enabled us to anticipate the final result in advance and maintain the highest level of precision, predictability, and individualized care throughout all phases of therapy. By combining digital diagnostics, implantology, and aesthetic prosthetics, we restored a smile that is not only functional and long-lasting but also visually completely natural.
