PAYMENT POSSIBILITIES
• When a patient decides on a therapy, a 20% of the offer need to be payed as a confirmation to proceed.
• The entire therapy is processed based on the offer accepted and the bills are issued in accordance with the therapy offer.
• At the same time the bill for services rendered may be paid as well as another advanced payment made for future services.
• Since 01.01.2019. Rident has to issue a bill after each service is rendered. In case the bill is large it may be settled by installments.
• An installment plan may be arranged by credit / debit card payments allowed by your bank or in cash as described below.
• By the last therapy visit the offer / bills need to be settled by at least 80% of the offer amount. Before your last visit a review of all the payments will be done.

NOTE
• In case your insurer will cover the therapy bills and you need to send them the bills at specifics phases of therapy or year, please let us know in advance.
• In case the patient does not pay the bills, the therapy will not be concluded!
• In case the therapy is done in phases (ex. upper or lower jaw), the phase offer needs to be settled before the partial therapy is completed.
• The information on payment and bill settlement may be reviewed before the last therapy session. You only need to send us an e-mail, Chat or Facebook message. If there were no changes during therapy, you may easily calculate the debt by deducting all the payments from the offer.
