Functional-aesthetic prosthetic rehabilitation with periodontal therapy
The case was done with computer planning and production of fixed prosthetic work using the CAD/CAM technology, thus the shape agreed upon during the prosthetic planning is identical to the finished work.

The patient came to us looking for a new smile.
After the examination, we advised her to make individual zirconium oxide crowns and surgically cover the recessions in the lower jaw. In order to better convey the therapy plan to the patient, her new smile was planned with the help of Digital Smile Design.
Romina participated in the creation of her ideal smile and was given the opportunity to see the new smile. The patient was delighted with the presentation and we started the therapy. The entire procedure lasted three months.
