Implant-prosthetic rehabilitation in the aesthetic zone

A case done by our interdisciplinary team consisting of a prosthetist, an orthodontist and an oral surgeon. In order to achieve the optimal aesthetic and functional result, the implant placement in the aesthetic zone was made according to the principles of “Prosthodontically guided implant-prosthetic therapy”.

PROCEDURES:

• DSD concept therapy
• Pre-prosthetic orthodontic therapy: extrusion of superior incisors
• Positioning of the implant after virtual planning and guided oral surgery
• Zirconia-oxide ceramic (ZirCAD Prime) made with CAD / CAM technology
